This page explains how to request deletion of your Vesla Rent A Car account and the personal data associated with it. This applies to accounts created on veslarentacar.com or through the Vesla Rent A Car mobile app.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account at any time, without needing the app installed. Choose any of the following methods:
- Email — send a request to info@veslarentacar.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address registered to your account.
- Phone / WhatsApp — contact us at +971 58 901 2452 and request account deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request from your registered email or phone number to verify your identity.
What to include in your request: the email address (and phone number, if any) registered to your account, and a statement that you want your account permanently deleted.
What Happens Next
- We will verify that the request comes from the account owner.
- Once verified, your account will be deactivated immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.
What Data Is Deleted and What Is Retained

Retention of these limited records is required by applicable UAE law and is described in our Privacy Policy. No card details are stored on our servers at any time — online payments are handled by our payment provider.
Deleting Data Without Deleting Your Account
If you only want certain data corrected or removed (for example, an outdated phone number) without closing your account, contact us using the same methods above and tell us what you would like changed.
